Avalon House Licensed Guest House Policies
Check in time is from 2.00pm unless alternative arrangements have been made ( Latest check in is midnight unless prior arranged with the manager)
We respectfully inform our guests that a reservation constitutes a contract
between themselves and Avalon House Licensed Guest House.
Any reservation cancelled within the 24hours prior to arrival date is liable
to be charged in full unless the accommodation is re-let.
Guests please note that room s must be vacated on the check out day by 10am (12noon on Sundays) - Later times can be arranged with the Manager.
The management reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
